Peanut Butter And Chocolate Cookies

Eid Mubarak!

Baked these cookies for our Eid celebrations 😀

They are Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies!

You can top these cookies with Hershey’s Kisses or chocolate chips, Reese’s mini cups, chocolate chunk, etc. I got some leftover of chocolate eggs that I stored in the freezer, so chocolate eggs it is for me 😀

Add in flour mixture on low-medium speed

  • Wrap with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for at least an H
  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Scoop per one tbsp of dough and shape to balls
  • Place balls on baking sheet, give space between balls
  • Bake for 6 mins, take out and press chocolate eggs and bake for another 2-3 mins

Cool on rack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c softened unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c coconut palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 c flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Chocolate buttons/chocolate kisses/miniature Reese peanut butter cups/chocolate eggs – whichever available

Instructions

  • Cream butter sugars egg peanut butter and essence until smooth in high speed
  • Add in flour mixture on low-medium speed
  • Wrap with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for at least an H
  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Scoop per one tbsp of dough and shape to balls
  • Place balls on baking sheet, give space between balls
  • Bake for 6 mins, take out and press chocolate eggs and bake for another 2-3 mins
  • Cool on rack
