Good Morning!
Yesterday was so windy, but we managed to go out for federal election. It was kinda weird. I don’t think I’m remembering well enough, as they had to put our name on the ballots envelope. In other word, they will know who voted for whom. That’s just so odd ????
Imagine your friend is a name to vote on the ballot but you are voting someone else. With your name stated on the envelope of the ballot, your friend might find out ????
Ah well. Whatever. I voted.
For today’s recipe, it’s a savory snack or savory cake from Indonesia.

3/4 c flour
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 eggs
200 ml almond milk
1/2 can corned beef
100 g garlic mayonnaise
Ready to use grated cheese
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1-2 tbsp almond milk
Bread crumbs, as needed
Vegetable oil, for frying
First, let’s make the skin.
Mix flour, bouillon powder, in a bowl, then stir in milk, followed with eggs, mix until completely combined and smooth. If needed, strain.
Make thin crepes.
Meanwhile, mix corned beef, mayo, cheese, sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
Take a skin, place some corned beef and fold like an envelope.
Beat an egg and milk on a plate, and dip the filled crepe on both side.
Roll filled crepe on bread crumbs, then fry until golden brown over low-medium heat.
Enjoy!
