My youngest loves Langos much, he can eat 2 piece of Langos each time, it seems, with almost no topping at all. On the other hand, my oldest doesn’t mind Langos, but he can stomach only 1 piece whenever I make them, as he would top his with tons of sour cream and cheese lol

Mix and let stand:
360 ml lukewarm water
2 tsp active dry yeast
Mix and add into yeast:
500 g flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Knead in:
59 g margarine
Heat on medium heat until hot:
cooking oil
Pull a portion of dough, stretch slowly to widen, fry til golden brown on both sides
Top fried bread with:
Garlic oil
Sour cream
Grated marble cheese or regular cheddar

Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix lukewarm water and yeast, let stand til bubble
- Add in flour, salt, and sugar, then knead in margarine
- Let rest
- Heat cooking oil on medium heat
- Pull a portion of dough, stretch slowly to widen, fry til golden brown on both sides
- Serve with topping
