Ingredients

  • 360 ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 59 g margarine

Topping

  • Garlic oil
  • Sour cream
  • Grated marble cheese or regular cheddar

Instructions

  • Mix lukewarm water and yeast, let stand til bubble
  • Add in flour, salt, and sugar, then knead in margarine
  • Let rest
  • Heat cooking oil on medium heat
  • Pull a portion of dough, stretch slowly to widen, fry til golden brown on both sides
  • Serve with topping
