For today’s recipe vlog, I have another simple cooking. Lazy mom, you could say ? If I can prepare it quick and filling, why not, right ?
But as Asian, I do make a lot of stir fry because it hardly requires labor of love. For sure, you can make it super simple, or with tons of ingredients, super healthy, or dump everything you got, it is all up to your family liking and whatever your heart desires ?
1 bag of smokies (fully cooked smoked chicken sausage – or sausage/wieners of your choice)
1 tin of peaches and cream corn kernels
1/3 c diced onion
5 garlic, thinly sliced
3 heaping tbsp unsalted butter
3 green onion, sliced
At least 2 tbsp each of Sriracha, chicken liquid base, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Indonesian sweet soy sauce (preferably ABC brand), oyster sauce, ketchup
1/2 – 1 c water
Warm rice for serving

7 Sauces Stir Fry Smokies
Ingredients
- 1 bag of smokies fully cooked smoked chicken sausage – or sausage/wieners of your choice
- 1 tin of peaches and cream corn kernels
- 1/3 c diced onion
- 5 garlic thinly sliced
- 3 heaping tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 green onion sliced
- At least 2 tbsp each of Sriracha chicken liquid base, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Indonesian sweet soy sauce (preferably ABC brand), oyster sauce, ketchup
- 1/2 – 1 c water
- Warm rice for serving
Instructions
- Slice smokies, set aside
- Melt butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant
- Stir in smokies, stir fry until browning
- Season with sauces
- Pour in water
- Add in corn, adjust seasoning
- Stir in sliced green onion
- Serve immediately
