Flourless Potato Cake

As I mentioned on a couple posts of mine, I love potatoes so much. They are good for meals, snacks, and desserts, just like this following cake 😀

You can add dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, instead raisins and they are good too!

I included a YouTube video of mine below, but basically it’s the same pictures I uploaded here as well 😀

3 medium potatoes, peeled, washed, boiled, drained, and mashed
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tbsps of lemon essence
6-7 tbsps of ground almond
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Grease baking pan.
  • Mix cooled mashed potatoes with condensed milk, lemon essence, egg yolks, and ground almonds well. No lumps of potatoes!

Beat egg whites until foamy, not too stiff but not runny, fold into potatoes mixture.

Pour mixture to baking pan, sprinkle some raisins on top, and bake until knife inserted comes out clean in the center (for at least 30 minutes)

Serve warm or room temperature. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, sprinkles of icing sugar is also good ^_^

Kue kentang berikut ini, biar ga pakai terigu tetap mantap bo!

Bisa dikasih cokelat chips rasa apapun, juga enak. Saya cuman pakai gula bubuk biar tambah legit 😀

3 buah kentang ukuran sedang, rebus, buang air, haluskan, dinginkan suhu ruangan
1/2 kaleng SKM
1/2 sdm esens jeruk lemon
6-7 sdm kacang almon bubuk
4 kuning telur
4 putih telur

Cara Membuat

  • Kocok putih telur hingga mengembang
  • Kocok bahan lainnya jadi satu
  • Campur kocokan putih telur dan adonan, dengan sistem aduk balik
  • Tuangkan pada loyang yang sudah diberi margarin
  • Panggang pada oven yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu 350 F, selama 30 menit

Jadi deh 😀
