Bejgli (Hungarian Poppy Seeds and Walnut Rolls)

Bejgli or beigli, can be found anytime and anywhere in Hungary. However, when it’s Christmas, it’s a must to serve and to have 🙂

This was my very first time trying to make myself. The Hungarians at home did not have any complaints, so I guess it was a success haha

1/4 cup water

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often
