Swiss Chard Juice

This make 1 L of juice 🙂

4 swiss chard
3 kale
1 banana, mashed, add into, once other fruits and veggies juices up
2 apples
1 inch ginger
1 c spinach
1 grapefruit (not fond juicing it hahaha)
1 carrot

Run everything through the juicer, except for banana
