Hi Friends!
Another smoggy day we are having here, but also, we are back to heat warning again, although it doesn’t seem to be as severe as the previous week. Crossing fingers 🤞🤞🤞
I made fried rice for the boys. They like all sorts of fried rice. Too bad our electric stove is not one with flame, so I can never achieve that smoky flavor a restaurant would have. But…good enough 😜
Fried rice is so simple to make, you know. Add whatever you like, adjust flavor to your liking, and enjoy 😉 So simple, seriously.

1/4 c unsalted butter
5 garlic, slice
1/3 c sliced onion
1/3 c sliced cabbage
1/2 c mixed veggies
1 egg
1 1/2 c diced/cubed roasted duck (flavor of your choice)
Cooked rice (enough to make 3-4 serving)
Vegeta powder to taste
Ground white pepper to taste
