Hi Guys!

Long time no see, I know. I hope you have been well ❤

I have the cold, boo-hoo. It’s been raining for days here, and will continue til Monday. Crazy amount of water in my backyard.

News said our warm Summer will start in July, so am pretty much worrying the new plants I planted past week 🥴😅🥴😅

Anyways. I have a veggie dish from Indonesia to share today, called Urap Sayur. So good to serve with warm rice, yum 🤤

And oh. My camera angle is so not flattering. My double chin and all 🤣🤪🤣🤪

1 cabbage
1 small onion
3 garlic
5 birdseye chilies
1 tsp kencur powder (fragrant lesser galangal)
260 g grated coconut, unsweetened
130 g chopped peanuts
