This is one of the pies that I entered, amaretto pie, YUM!
A boozy pie to share which is perfect for anytime, be it for Spring, served chilled in Summer, or to enjoy when the colorful Fall is so pretty, but especially for Christmas gathering.
This is one pie that I could most definitely finished the whole plate myself. Yes, sounds greedy, I know, but it is my kind of pie, chocolate, booze, coffee, walnut, and whipped cream, hmmmm YUM! 😀

I often secretly wish someone would prepare me this pie whenever my birthday was here, but people would rather gifted me with birthday cakes lol A friend even said, what is a birthday without birthday cake, it has no catchy sound with a pie, she said hahaha! – hmmm birthday pie, still sounds lovely, no? 😉
