Happy Sunday!
Yesterday was wet now and then that I couldn’t work at all in the backyard, however that didn’t stop me from going to the nursery and grabbed 2 pots of rhubarb plants 😅 Drive home and hails started to fall off the sky! I had 2 pots of spider plants outside that I had to rush to save them from the hails. In shorts, glad I made it home on time 😅 May long weekend, I tell ya. I hope today will be nicer and drier, though, as my backyard is in need of love for sure.
I have a snack recipe to share, Indonesian snacks, called Sumpia. Fried mini spring rolls that is always filled with floss (abon), beef floss, chicken floss, tuna floss. For today, am sharing ones that are filled with beef floss, abon sapi 😍
Originally deep fried, today am sharing an air fryer version one 😊
And Oh! 3 ingredients only! Well 4 😁
1 package of spring roll wrappers
2 packages of abon sapi (beef floss @ 100 g each)
Flour and water as needed (in total I used 3 tbsp flour)
Cut spring rolls wrappers into squares
Mix 1 tbsp flour with a little water, not too thick, not too runny
Lay 1 square wrapper on a flat surface, place a little bit of filling, spread wet flour on sides, roll as you would spring rolls
Repeat step until all wrappers used up
Air fry at 360 F for 10-15 mins
Cool completely before storing
Enjoy!
