Chicken Ham and Cheese (Indonesian appetizer)

Thin Skin:
100 gr all purpose flour (plain flour),1 egg, 300 ml milk, pinch salt, cooking oil
In a large mixing bowl, Mix the dry ingredient i.e. flour, and salt. Then mix the wet ingredient i.e. egg, milk, together. Gradually add in the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient, stirring to combine. Beat until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium low heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, for each thin skin. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Cook until it is firm. Loosen with a spatula. The both sides of the skin should not be brown and crispy.
Filling :
3 Sliced chicken ham, cut small 2 x 2 cm
100 gr cheese, cut small 1 x 1 cm
3 boiling egg, cut small
Mix 3 tbs mayonnaise with 1 tbs condensed milk, set aside.
Place the ready skin with smoked beef, cheese, egg and 1/2tsp mayonnaise, fold and roll up.
Batter:
Wisk 1 egg, 20ml milk and pinch salt.
250 gr breadcrumb.
Vegetable oil for fried.
Whisk milk, salt and egg. Set aside.
Dip risoles in the egg batter, coating the risoles well then roll it in the bread crumbs, set aside.
Deep fried risoles on medium heat until golden brown.
Serve with Chilli Sauce or Hot Sauce if desired.
