These dumplings can be boiled, steamed, or stir fried with a little vegetable oil. You can either turn them into soup, or serve either sour cream or with peanut sauce, basically any thing you like!

For the fillings:

400 grams lean ground beef
garlic salt
1 carrot, peeled, diced thinly
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 small potatoes, peeled, diced thinly
1 small onions, chopped finely

Stampede’s BBQ beer sauce from President’s Choice
Hungarian Vito seasonings

To make the fillings:

Heat oil, saute garlic and onions. Brown beef then add in carrot and potatoes, cook well.
Add in seasonings and sauce.
Set aside to cool down.

To make dumplings:

Mix all ingredients well, knead dough on a floured surface, add more flour if its needed while kneading. On the last round of kneading, add 1 heaping tbsp dill weed.

Divide dough into small portions, flatten each portion, place enough filling in the center, seal to seam (can be shaped as 1st picture, I made 3 kinds of shapes, round, and long – 2 last pics below)

This time I served them with peanut sauce!!
