Indonesian fried chicken doesn’t really need breading. We love marinating them in salted garlicky and turmeric water and deep fried them until crispy on the outside 😀

- 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (or as desired)
- 6-8 pieces of chicken
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
- frying oil
- 1/4 cm turmeric
- 2-3 tablespoons water
- Blend garlic and turmeric using food processor, place in a plate, add water and salt.
- Using knife or fork, make slightly small holes/slices all over the chicken
- Marinade the chicken with the mixed garlic, turmeric, water, and salt
- Fry the chicken
