Ayam Goreng

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon salt or as desired
  • 6-8 pieces of chicken
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • frying oil
  • 1/4 cm turmeric
  • 2-3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Blend garlic and turmeric using food processor, place in a plate, add water and salt.
  • Using knife or fork, make slightly small holes/slices all over the chicken
  • Marinade the chicken with the mixed garlic, turmeric, water, and salt
  • Fry the chicken
