Happy Saturday!
Golden leaves are everywhere, most of the trees are already without leaves even. Morning has been frosty here, and I am so not ready for Winter 🙈🙉🙊 Gotta change tires soon, put on thick jacket and layering, heavy winter boots plus cleats, not to mention sweating my head under the toque and my hands inside the gloves. I don’t know why a tropical girl is living in Canadian severe Winter 🤣
But enough for the weather update, let’s make Palacsinta, which is Hungarian style of crepes 😊

4 c flour
3 tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
1 c milk
6 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
6 tbsp peanut oil
4-6 c hot boiling water
I know I have shared this recipe so many times, but what can I say, it works well for my household. You just have to mix everything!
