Happy Valentines Day, to those who celebrate it and it is a gorgeous sunny day for it as well 😊
So I won’t take much of your time, a quicky post to share to share your a nice, as big as a palm, chocolate chunks cookies 😊
I used Feastable chocolate bar for these cookies, which I kept saying Feastable chocolate chips 🤣 Slipped of the tongue ✌️
Give this recipe a try, it is soooo good!
2 3/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp BP
1 tsp BSoda
1 c dark brown sugar
1 c unsalted butter
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 Feastable Mr. BEAST chocolate bar
3/4 c milk chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients and set aside
Chop chocolate bar into chunks, set to side
Cream sugars and unsalted butter, until creamy, then crack in eggs and mix in vanilla essence
Mix wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chunks and chips
Chill dough for 30 minutes
Scoop per 1/4 c of dough, flatten slightly, and bake cookies for 12-14 minutes on preheated 350 F
Cool cookies on cooling rack
