In a bowl, mix dry ingredients and set aside
Chop chocolate bar into chunks, set to side
Cream sugars and unsalted butter, until creamy, then crack in eggs and mix in vanilla essence
Mix wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chunks and chips
Chill dough for 30 minutes
Scoop per 1/4 c of dough, flatten slightly, and bake cookies for 12-14 minutes on preheated 350 F
Cool cookies on cooling rack
