2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
1 green onion, thinly slice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mustard (more or less depends on your tastebud)
2 cups of thinly sliced and chopped crabmeat (imitation crabmeat)
2 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
red ground pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
Egg Noodle Salad
Ingredients
