Egg Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs hard boiled, chopped
  • 1 green onion thinly slice
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard more or less depends on your tastebud
  • 2 cups of thinly sliced and chopped crabmeat imitation crabmeat
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • red ground pepper to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
