While I was making the fried rice, I thought….what if I try to oven baked the fried rice, what would it be like….so yep, I did. Not bad hahahah When you got too much time on your hands 😉 Obviously, can’t really call this as Indonesian, but hey, the cook was Indonesian, so…close enough 😛

- 1 medium Spanish onion/shallot, crushed
- 3 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 full medium bowl cooked rice, mixed well with 2-3 tablespoons of Bull
- 2 carrots, diced, boiled until tender
- 1 small ice cream bowl of peas, boiled along with carrots
- 1 small plate shredded lettuce
- soya sauce, fish sauce, tomato sauce
- 1/2 of red paprika, 1/2 of green paprika, make thinly slices
- 1-2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 can of corned beef
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- salt and MSG, to taste
- Heat the oil, saute green onion, shallot, paprikas, then add in lettuce followed with peas and carrots. Stir well for awhile.
- Add in corned beef, soya sauce, fish sauce, and tomato sauce, stir well.
- Drops salt and MSG to taste, followed with garlic salt, and at last the mixed cooked rice. Stir all well.
- When the taste is good enough to your desire, turn off the stove. Place the fried rice into any size of a casserole dish, and bake in 180 C for 30 minutes.
- Serve with dill pickles.Â
Nasi Goreng Panggang
Ingredients

- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- salt and MSG to taste
