Heat the oil, saute green onion, shallot, paprikas, then add in lettuce followed with peas and carrots. Stir well for awhile.
Add in corned beef, soya sauce, fish sauce, and tomato sauce, stir well.
Drops salt and MSG to taste, followed with garlic salt, and at last the mixed cooked rice. Stir all well.
When the taste is good enough to your desire, turn off the stove.
Place the fried rice into any size of a casserole dish, and bake in 180
C for 30 minutes.
Serve with dill pickles.
