Happy Thursday!
Tomorrow is Good Friday and Monday is Easter. Boys will be home, long weekend for them, yay ๐ Yep. This momma needs and wants more naps ๐ Been a long weeks ๐
But for now. Let’s share this following recipe. Delicious and easy to make. Kids and husband approved, inspired by Hungarian dish called Toltott Paprika, adjusting to my Canadian kitchen obviously ๐

2 c rice
450 g x 3 ground beef
2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
4 eggs
1/4 c diced or thinly sliced onion
1/4 c thinly sliced celery
2 celery
2 large tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce (398 ml)
1 can water, more or less, adjust it
3-6 tbsp tomato paste
Cut the top of the bell peppers, remove seeds, and rinse
In a large bowl, mix rinsed rice, ground beef, bouillon powder, sweet paprika powder, eggs, onion, and sliced celery, until completely combined
Spoon mixture into bell peppers and line bell peppers on a pan
Crush tomatoes and add them into the pan with the 2 celery
Pour sauce and water, and stir in paste
Cook on medium heat for at least an hour, until beef and rice are cooked well
Enjoy!
