Long time no see ???
I feel like my days been filled with hopping from a job to a job, so I had been away from Hive. New job means new place, new faces, new adjustment. I am exhausted with myself ?
Before I know, it’s Fall already. Here in the North, no more golden leaves in fact. We are readying ourselves for Winter. For 2 days straight, the fogs were unreal. I had to drive super scared. Worrying I would end up in a ditch, a deer would jump on my car, or that I would hit a car or something alive! Yikes.
Morning 1 C, but come the sun, fog be gone, and temperature went up to 20 C. Whiplash, my friends ? Here is the season when I don’t really know what to wear! My gloves are like, now you see me, now you don’t, repeat! ????
Enough about me. Let’s go to recipe sharing, shall we ?

Sliced pizza Mozzarella cheese
Sliced chicken frankfurter
Skewers
Takis
Cheetos (hot flaming ones are best!)
Sriracha mayo
Ketchup
Sugar for sprinkling
Vegetable oil, for frying
Batter
1 1/4 c flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp BP
A pinch of salt
1 egg
100 ml milk

Korean Corn Dog
Equipment
- Skewers
Ingredients
- Sliced pizza Mozzarella cheese
- Sliced chicken frankfurter
- Takis
- Cheetos hot flaming ones are best!
- Sriracha mayo
- Ketchup
- Sugar for sprinkling
- Vegetable oil for frying
Batter
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp BP
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
- Thread sliced cheese and Frankfurt on skewers, set aside
- Crush Takis and Cheetos, set aside
- Mix ingredients for batter
- Preheat oil on medium high until hot
- Dip skewers into batter
- Roll skewers on crushed takis or cheetos
- Fry until golden brown
- Sprinkle corn dog with sugar
- Serve immediately with Sriracha mayo or ketchup
