Traditional cakes from East and South Kalimantan

1 2/3 c flour
1 c desiccated coconut
1/3 c sugar
A generous pinch of salt
Mix in a bowl, then mix in:
2 medium-large bananas
1 can coconut milk
1/2 c water
2 tsp vanilla essence
Heat pan
Grease with vegetable oil, a little
Pour 1/4 c batter into pan, cook 5 mins
Flip, and cook for another 5 mins
Roti Pisang
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c flour
