This is my youngest’s (he is 6 yo) favorite veggie dish 😀 He can eat the beansprouts nicely whenever I chop them, so he would say, “yuuummm, I like this” haha – But yeah, otherwise he would have a hard time eating veggie dish with beansprouts in them 😀
The boys have been making music on Groovepad that they ask me to use them on our Youtube channel, so I have been updating our Youtube channel with new videos which background musics are made by them 😀
Check the video and you can hear their creativity, but for now, recipe!
- 250 g round beef, brown (mine was frozen, thawed, so there was quite a bit of blood. I browned the ground beef on non stick pan, without any grease)
- Add in 4 garlic, sliced and 1 small onion, sliced, cook til soften
- 1 bag bokchoy, slice (inside the bag there were only 3 medium size bokchoy, you can use smaller or larger size, and more 3 if you like/have, would be better!)
- 1 small bag bean sprouts, chop (just roughly chopped)
Method
- Rinse veggies, add into pan, stir
- Season with 1 1/2 tbsp Vegeta powder and a generous pinch ground white pepper (or salt and sugar if you don’t have Vegeta, you can also use bouillon powder!)
Serve immediately with warm rice. Yep, only warm rice, and oh, sambal (Indonesian hot sauce), if you like 😀
