Tojasos Nokedli

Hi!

Long time no see!

I have been busy plucking weeds from the front yard, the grass are growing like crazy, but it’s beautiful when all is green 😀 I think I will treat myself with a couple pots of flowers to beautify my front door 😀

Yesterday I had to help my husband moving furniture around, boy they were heavy and took quite some of our times. In the end, I was too tired to prepare dinner! His fault ha-ha 😀

So I prepared a quick meal for us, tojasos nokedli. It is Hungarian. Basically it’s scrambled eggs with spaetzle 😀 Easy but filling 😀

  • strain and drain spaetzle

Tojasos Nokedli

  • beat 8 eggs, and add in spaetzle

  • season with a pinch or two of ground white pepper and Vegeta seasoning (if not salt)

Butter Lettuce Salad

Serve the dish with the salad, the salad is really refreshing and truly perfect for the dish 🙂
