Today we had chunky guacamole for lunch. My 7 yo likes it better chunky rather than smooth creamy guacamole. He can have it wrapped as burrito, or in burrito bowl, or just as is on a piece of sourdough bread as what we had this arvo.

So yeah, it’s savory avocado-yumminess in short 😁
Here is how I made ours should you want to try! Honestly I make this so often I don’t really use measurement anymore. Just adjust lemon juice and salt to your liking, to this ‘salad’, you are good to go 😁
Guacamole
- 1/2 of an onion, diced
- 2 garlic, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, thinly sliced
- 2 green onion, thinly sliced (omit is fine)
- 2 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salt and lemon juice to taste
I cubed/diced everything using this Vidalia chopper, soooo practical!
Mix everything, season with salt and lemon juice. Voila! Super easy 😁
