Both of my kids love this brownies too much. We often make it.
If you have nut allergies at home, certainly can omit the nuts, it’s a good brownies itself 😉

200 g flour
150 g sugar
50 g cocoa powder
A dash of salt
1/2 tsp BP
100 ml cooking oil
200 ml warm water
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c mixed nuts (filbert, Brazil but, pecan, almond, cashew), chopped

Preheat oven 350 F
Mix dry, make a well in center
Pour in wet ingredients
Mix to just combine
Pour batter into parchment lined pan
Sprinkle top with chopped nuts
Bake for 35-40 mins
Cool on rack and enjoy!

- 150 g sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- A dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp BP
