When I prepared Lebanese Shawarma Platter, I prepared 2 kinds of chicken. One was with a lot of spices for the adults, while the other was Ayam Bakar for my littles 🙂

1/2-1 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c kecap manis (thick sweet soy sauce, such as Kecap Manis ABC brand. Available at Saveon Grande Prairie)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp Masako ayam (chicken bouillon powder)
Marinade for at least an H
Bake for 45 mins on preheated 425F
Ayam Panggang
Ingredients
- 1/2-1 kg boneless skinless chicken breasts
