I finally able to sit down and update, so expect a flood of recipes of what I had been cooking 😀
1 can of chickpeas in brine, drain
1 block of firm Tofu, cubed
1/2 c water
3-4 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
2 garlic, sliced
1/2 of a small onion, sliced
1-2 bird eye chilies, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil

Heat oil, saute onion garlic and chilies on medium heat
Add in cubed Tofu, stir, cook for 5 mins
Stir in chickpeas, cook for 5 mins
Add in water and sweet soy sauce
Adjust flavor (if you need salt)
Lower heat to low and cook for another 10 mins
