If you like peanut butter, this is your recipe! These are soooo good, you’d just have to take my word for it π
I always have love connection to fudge. I cannot find self control whenever I see a fudge vendor. Those colorful fudges are always calling out for me hahaha
But unfortunately, they are not light in the pocket, and I am lazy making myself, so I hardly make fudge, and am sad lol
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar original recipe calls for 3 c, but 2 is way too sweet for me already
- 3/4 c evaporated milk
- 1/4 c cocoa powder
- 1 heaping tbsp butter
- 1/2 c peanut butter i find the taste over powering the cocoa, so you can lessen it imo!

Instructions
- line a pan with wax or parchment paper, grease with butter
- bring sugar milk and cocoa to a boil while keep stirring in high heat
- lower heat to medium and keep boiling and stirring
- drop a choc mixture into a bowl of cold water and if it forms a soft ball, turn off the stove
- add in peanut butter and butter, stir to combine until thicken/creamy
- pour into pan, chill til set
For taller and slimmer fudge like store bought, either mold them in taller and smaller pan, or cut them smaller than what I did here π
