Yes, cheesy title but what can I say, I like those brothers much lol
These dracula/vampire caramel apples are fav. not just among kids but also adults who are sweet tooth 🙂
Ingredients
- 6 apples
- Mini marshmallows
- Lemon juice
- Caramel candies – store bought 1 bag
- 2 tbsp milk or half and half is fine as well
Instructions
- Make a mouth slice as shown on picture then brush cavities with lemon juice to prevent discoloring.
- Halved diagonally mini marshmallows for fangs and teeth
- Place unwrapped candies in a microwave proof bowl and add in milk
- Heat on high for 2 mins, stirring once, let cool briefly
- While cooling, press sticks into top of apples
- Dip/roll apples into melted caramel, coating and turning as needed.
- Place on parchment/wax paper to set
- Wet sliced marshmallow with either water or lemon juice and sticks them surrounding cavities as teeth and fang
- Enjoy~
