Nothing can go wrong with peanut sauce 😀

1 package of herb firm tofu (in Montreal, there is this brand which name I cannot recall at the moment, but you can find it in IGA, Provigo, Metro; there’s a pink line on the package)
1/4 of 1 package of peanut sauce for Gado-Gado (Indonesian peanut dressing, quite plenty to be found in Chinatown stores), dissolved in enough hot water
salt and white pepper powder as needed
4 pieces of Romaine lettuce, slice thinly
1-2 sdm cooking oil
1 whole egg
Add in salt and white pepper powder in egg, beat well
Slice tofu and roll onto egg mixture
Heat oil, and fry tofu until golden brown
Wash sliced romaine lettuce and place on serving plates
Place fried tofu on top of lettuce
Pour peanut sauce as dressing, serve
