It’s Idul Fitri and I had some Indonesian friends over and prepared this 😀
Very great to be served for kids birthday party, family gathering, of any occasions and any time.

- 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
- Hungarian Imperial Pear essence
- Cocopandan syrup
- 1 packet/envelope of agar-agar powder, white
- sugar as needed
- water as needed
- Selasih seeds as needed
- Cook agar-agar powder as instructed on the packaging, you can either add sugar to make it sweet or you can leave the sugar out. Cool jelly in the fridge until firm. Grate or slice, place in a large serving bowl.
- In a separate clean bowl, place amount of Selasih seeds, add in cold water, let stand for 10 minutes or so until the seeds are changed in consistency and texture; pour into the serving bowl where the grated jelly are.
- Pour 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk, water, 1/4 cup of Cocopandan syrup(more if you desire strong pink color), 1-2 tbsps Hungarian Imperial Pear essence (more if you desire strong orange color), and 1/2 cup of sugar (more if you desire sweeter taste), stir until sugar dissolved.
- Place in the fridge and serve chilled.
The amount of water, sugar, essence, syrup, Selasih seeds, jelly, and sweetened condensed milk is actually all up to you; more for stronger taste and sweetness of this and that, and more of Selasih seeds and grated jelly for more volume (or if you are planning to serve it for plenty people).
