There are many kinds of Sawi (choy) in Indonesia, and different island would call it differently. For this one (Bok Choy in Canada), we would call it as Pakcoy in East Borneo.

1 cup of been sprouts, washed
2 bokchoys, sliced the leaves, take out the heads, washed
1/4 cup of cubed chicken
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Hungarian Vegeta seasoning
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Heat the oil in a wok, saute garlic then add in the chicken cubes. When the chicken half cooked, add in the bokchoy and the bean sprouts.
- Seasoned with Vegeta, cook until vegetables tender.
- Serve with warm rice and other side dishes.
