Bok Choy Stir Fry
Ingredients

cup
of been sprouts
washed
2
bokchoys
sliced the leaves, take out the heads, washed
1/4
cup
of cubed chicken
2
cloves
of garlic
crushed
Hungarian Vegeta seasoning
2
tbsp
of vegetable oil
Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok, saute garlic then add in the chicken cubes. When the chicken half cooked, add in the bokchoy and the bean sprouts.
Seasoned with Vegeta, cook until vegetables tender.
Serve with warm rice and other side dishes.
