Bok Choy Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of been sprouts washed
  • 2 bokchoys sliced the leaves, take out the heads, washed
  • 1/4 cup of cubed chicken
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • Hungarian Vegeta seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a wok, saute garlic then add in the chicken cubes. When the chicken half cooked, add in the bokchoy and the bean sprouts.
  • Seasoned with Vegeta, cook until vegetables tender.
  • Serve with warm rice and other side dishes.
