Tuna Loaf

I like all sorts of loaf from savory to sweet loaf, but who doesn’t like bread, tea-cake, and meat loaf, right? Well my husband doesn’t! He would rather have anything else but meat loaf (and lasagna lol).

The following tuna loaf though, he would be happy to eat it. He is always happy-eating any kinds of loaf I prepared to be honest, I think before we got married, he just had bad lucks with savory loaves hahahah

1 tofu square, mashed
1 tsp Hungarian vegeta seasoning
1 can tuna, drain.
2 beaten eggs
half of one small onion, chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small plate cooked rice
1 long carrot, peeled the skin, grated
3 green onions, chopped
4 cm ginger, peeled the skin, grated
2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 1/2 – 2 tbsp bread crumbs to be sprinkled on top of the mixture before baking

1 Hungarian hot pepper for garnish, sliced thinly

Directions

  • Wash the tofu and mash. Combine with all the ingredients but for garnish and sprinkle ingredients.
  • Place in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Just before serving garnish with Hungarian pepper.

Bahasa Indonesia – Ikan Tuna Panggang

Ada nasinya, ada tahunya, pakai telur, pakai ikan. Lengkap deh. Enaaaaak dicocol sambal pedas

1 kotak tahu, hancurkan
1 sdt Hungarian vegeta seasoning (boleh Royco rasa ayam atau daging)
1 kaleng ikan tuna siap pakai
2 telur, kocok
1/2 bawang bombay, cacah
1/2 gelas tepung roti
1 lepek/piring kecil, nasi matang
1 buah wortel, parut
3 batang daun bawang, iris-iris
4 cm jahe segar, parut
2 sdm kecap asin

2 sdm tepung roti

Cara Membuat

  • Campur seluruh bahan, tuang dan tekan-tekan pada loyang
  • Taburi dengan 2 sdm tepung roti
  • Panggang pada 375 F selama 40 menit
