Hope this finds you well. I have a quicky dinner recipe-vlog to share today. I love eating canned corned beef as is to be honest, but once awhile I add more goodies and flavoring to adjust 😊
Serve it on toast, with pasta, potatoes, or with warm rice. Yummo.
Simple and delicious 🙂

1 small onion
3 garlic
1 bird eye chili, optional
1 tbsp olive oil/butter
2 cans of corned beef
2 cans of sweet corn kernel
1 can of a mixed (corn and beans)
2 bay leaf
1 heaping tsp Oregano (more if you like stronger!)
1 can condensed tomato soup
Onion powder and garlic powder to taste
Slice thinly onion, garlic, in either oil or butter, then stir in corned beef, cook for a minute or two
Add in corn and beans, stir and cook on low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes
Add in bay leaf and oregano, stir well, then pour in tomato soup, stir well
Season with onion and garlic powder to taste
Serve with warm rice if not burger buns!
