Hi Friends,
So good that it’s Friday. Too bad forecast says it will be cloudy throughout the day. Yesterday was lovely, sunny, not windy, although the morning was super foggy, almost zero visibility driving boys to school. Nevertheless, am truly looking forward for the weekend. The past 2 weeks have been so mind draining, I’ve built such anxiety and every morning I just feel so sick in my stomach. Man, life should have come with a manual for sure π
How’s life been treating you? I hope kinder enough and that you are always safe and in great health π
For today’s recipe, it’s superb with rice or mashed potatoes π

1 kg lamb pieces
1 large onion
2 tbsp oil
1 jar pasta sauce
1/4 c water, if needed
2 bags green beans
1-2 tsp crushed parsley
1-2 tsp crushed dill
A couple of freshly picked mint
A pinch of cinnamon powder
A generous pinch cinnamon powder
1 handful golden raisin
Slice thinly onion and rinse green beans and mints
In olive oil, saute onion and brown lamb pieces, then pour in pasta sauce and water if needed, cooking on medium low, covered, for an H
Add in green beans, mints, dill, parsley, stir to combine. Cook until green beans soften but still somewhat crunchy
Season with celery salt and cinnamon, and lastly stir in raisins
Enjoy!
