It’s warming up here again. The joy of living in the North, Winter is unpredictable as we would have 40 Spring-situations π€£ Yay, it’s Spring. Hmm, nope, Winter is back. Woo-hoo, it’s Springβ¦β¦aaannnd by late afternoon, nope still Winter. Whiplash for sure π While I am enjoying the no snowstorm happening, the melting snow is making everything super slippery, it’s sooo dangerous π¬ How’s thr weather, on your end?
I befriended this awesome lady on Instagram, we both love gardening much, and she’s sending me soursop seed that she ordered from the Philippines! How thoughtful of her. This isn’t the first time she sent me seeds. Last year was Hollyhock seeds. Some people are so wonderfully nice. Am heaps happy I met her π Yep. This Spring like feeling, making me want to plant already ππ ππ
Anyways! Come try this super easy yet delicious stir-fry!

16 baby carrots
1 unripe small pumpkin
1 large zucchini
1 broccoli head
5 zucchini/pumpkin blososms
3 garlic
2 bird eye chilies
1 large onion
1 kg beef cubes
Slice all veggies, rinse
Slice garlic and onion, set to side
Sheer/brown beef cubes, then stir in sliced garlic, onion, and bird eye chilies. Saute for a minute or two
Add in veggies and pour in about 1/2 c of water, stir to mix
Season stir fry with white pepper powder, sesame oil to taste, and chicken bouillon powder
Serve with rice and enjoy π
