Zucchini Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 16 baby carrots
  • 1 unripe small pumpkin
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 broccoli head
  • 5 zucchini/pumpkin blososms
  • 3 garlic
  • 2 bird eye chilies
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 kg beef cubes

Instructions

  • Slice all veggies, rinse
  • Slice garlic and onion, set to side
  • Sheer/brown beef cubes, then stir in sliced garlic, onion, and bird eye chilies. Saute for a minute or two
  • Add in veggies and pour in about 1/2 c of water, stir to mix
  • Season stir fry with white pepper powder, sesame oil to taste, and chicken bouillon powder
