Slice all veggies, rinse
Slice garlic and onion, set to side
Sheer/brown beef cubes, then stir in sliced garlic, onion, and bird eye chilies. Saute for a minute or two
Add in veggies and pour in about 1/2 c of water, stir to mix
Season stir fry with white pepper powder, sesame oil to taste, and chicken bouillon powder
