Earlier in the morning, we found Samsung Galaxy S21 5G on the road in purplish/pinkish case. Inside were some cards but no ID card. Luckily the phone was unlocked so we could find a phone number listed as “home”. We called and called but no one answered it.
About 10 minutes or so after, the said phone was ringing. We answered it and informed them where we found the phone and that we called them 3 times. Gave them our addy and they showed up within 5 mins.
Now…you’d think good karma will come my way, right?
Half hour ago I tripped and hurt myself. My 3 left toes are now wrapped in ice 😬🤪😬🤪
Good news is. I made rhubarb jam yesterday. Made 3 jars. They are soooo good 😍😋😍😋
Super easy to prepare and great for toast, scones, English muffins and added into baking.
10 3/4 c rhubarb slices
3 c sugar
3 Valencia orange (yummo!)
1/3 c water

- 10 3/4 c rhubarb slices
- 3 c sugar
- 3 Valencia orange yummo!
- 1/3 c water
- Place into a pot
- Bring to boil on medium heat
- Stir continuously
- Lower heat
- Cook until rhubarb slices turn into spreadable texture
