No bake cheesecakes are one of those easy desserts to prepare π
This is yummo! Brought it to my husband’s co-worker’s housewarming party π

Crust
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine/butter
Mix together and press into bottom of 8×8 pan.
Filling
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Mix together.
- Dissolve 1 package Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water, but heat it to dissolve. Add to cheese mixture.
- Add one cup eggnog. Cool until it’s just slightly thickened. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Pour over graham cracker crust. Chill well before slicing.
No-Bake Eggnog Cheesecake

- 1 envelope gelatin dissolved in 1/4 c water
- 2 c whipped topping ready to use

Dasar Kue
3/4 cup remahan kue Graham Cracker
1/4 cup gula pasir
1/4 cup margarin/mentega
Cheesecake
250 g cream cheese
1/2 cup gula pasir
1 cup eggnog
1 bungkus gelatine
1/4 cup air
2 cups krim kental kocok (aku pake 1 bungkus Dream Whip, cukup jadi 2 cups)
Cara Membuat
Campur bahan untuk dasar kue dan ratakan pada loyang kotak 8×8 cm (aku ganti bahan, aku gunakan 20 biskuit cokelat, Christie’s Chocolate Waffer, kucampur dengan 1 sdm mentega cair, dan aku gunakan loyang bulat 9 inch; kupanggang sebentar pada 350 F, 5 menit)
Aduk rata gelatine dengan air, panaskan hingga tercampur rata
Kocok cream cheese dan gula hingga lembut. Tuangkan campuran gelatine, kocok rata. Tuangkan eggnog, kocok rata. Diamkan di kulkas 2-3 menit hingga agak mengental, keluarkan
Tuangkan krim kental kocok, aduk perlahan, tuangkan pada dasar kue.
Dinginkan 3-5 jam sebelum disajikan. (Aku taburi atasnya dengan pala bubuk biar lebih mantap rasa eggnognya)
