Simple, yet so refreshing and good. I used home fermented tape, but store bought is good as well, obviously 😀

4-5 pieces of tape, per serving
Sugar Syrup
1 c dark brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1 c water
Coconut Milk
1 can of coconut milk
1/2 can of water
a generous pinch of salt
pandan leaf, knotted
Es Tape
Ingredients
- 4-5 pieces of tape singkong per serving
 
Sugar Syrup
- 1 c dark brown sugar
 - 2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 c water
 
Coconut Milk
- 1 can of coconut milk
 - 1/2 can of water
 - a generous pinch of salt
 - pandan leaf knotted
 
Instructions
- In a pot, mix water and sugars, bring to boil for 5-8 minutes, on medium eat. Cool to room temperature
 - In a clean pot, pour coconut milk, water, and add salt plus kontted pandan leaf. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, cool to room temperature
 - In a serving bowl or jug, place 4-5 pieces of tape singkong, pour in some sugar syrup, then coconut milk
 - Top with ice cubes
