Hello Friends!
Yesterday I got a call from the hospital, letting me know what time I have to check in at the surgical reception and whatnot. Man, the nerves are wrecked even more, I feel. I don’t think I will ever be ready for this kind of thing. Wedding day, giving birth, all feel like nothing compare to this now Until more nerve wrecking thing comes a long, I guess
Let’s just share recipe, enough crazies in my head, renting free
My youngest was asking his grandma to make this Hungarian Pancake, but grandma didn’t really give an answer, and he kept begging, so this momma to the rescue

A generous pinch of salt
6 tbsp sugar
6 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
6 tbsp peanut oil
5-6 c hot boiling water
Unsalted butter, as needed
Ovaltine powder
Jam of your choice
Peanut butter of your choice (we used PB2, crunchy, and smooth peanut butters)
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
In a food processor, combine eggs, milk, and essence. Pour mixture into flour mixture, stir.
Add in peanut oil and 1 c of hot boiling water at a time, until completely combined.
Strain mixture and discard lumps
Cover and let rest for an H
Preheat pan on high heat, brush pan with unsalted butter, then lower heat to medium
Pour a ladle of batter, tilt pan to spread the batter, creating a crepe/thin pancake, cook for 2-3 minutes
