100 ml lukewarm water
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
200 g flour
A pinch of salt
1 tsp Vegeta powder
2 heaping tsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
Vegan pepperoni slices
1 small can pizza sauce
Cashew cheese (recipe below!)

Bloom yeast in water
Mix dry ingredients then pour oil and yeast, knead
Let rest covered for an hour
Brush a pan with a little oil and Pat dough on pan
Brush dough with pizza sauce then top with cashew cheese
Lay pepperoni slices and cover pan
Cook on low-medium heat (on stove) for 20-25 mins
Serve immediately
Cashew Cheese
Soak 1/3 c raw cashew in hot water for an hour then micro for 3 mins, drain
Place cashew in blender with 1 c hot water, process until smooth
Pour mixture into a pan
Add in 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt to taste
1 tsp Vegeta powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tbsp tapioca starch
Stir until thickened on medium heat
Vegan Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
- 100 ml lukewarm water
 - 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
 - 200 g flour

 - 2 heaping tsp nutritional yeast
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
Pizza
- Vegan pepperoni slices homemade or storebought -on pic is homemade
 - 1 small can pizza sauce
 - Cashew cheese
 
Cashew Cheese
