Been snowing here since Sunday and will continue snowing until Tuesday evening. Yikes. Too much snow 🤪
When you dont have to go nowhere, snow is mesmerizing. Watch it falling from the warmth and comfort of your house, sure, sure, I love the snow. However, when you have to go out, drive, school, work, it’s a big meh 🤪
Luckily, I have this awesome double chocolate loaf to cheer me up 😏

1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1/2 c dark brown suagr
3/4 c cocoa powder
1 tsp BS
1/2 tsp BP
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 c oil

1/2 c melted unsalted butter
1/2 c chocolate chips (watch the vlog)
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
3/4 c chocolate chips
1 tbsp unsalted butter
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Mix dry ingredients and set to side
Mix wet ingredients with balloon whisk until completely combined
Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined, and pour half of the batter into a loaf pan, then generously sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour the last batter and bake loaf for 55-65 minutes on preheated 350 F
Cool loaf completely in the pan
In a bowl, mix heavy whipping cream, chocolate chips, butter, salt and vanilla essence, then warm the mixture in microwave at 30 seconds intervals. Once all melted and mixed, let stand for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until spreadable texture, then spread ganache on loaf, let harden completely before slicing
Enjoy!
