Happy Saturday!
I am having fun here, upstairs, listening to the boys giggling, laughing, and kinda yelling and screaming downstairs. They are playing Warhammer with their friend. So loud, so fun. How nice to be young. No bills to pay, just good times, (almost) all the times 😁 Am jealous! 🤣
Baked them cranberry teacake earlier. They liked it. Am glad. However, for today’s recipe share is this following cookies 😊

7 mini boxes Smarties, crush
1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp BS
A pinch of salt
3/4 c peanut oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 c sugar
5 mini boxes Smarties
Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and crushed Smarties in a bowl
Using food processor, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, peanut oil
Pour wet ingredients into dry, mix until completely combined
Drop by a cookie spoon full, push in more Smarties
Bake cookies on preheated 350 F for 8-10 minutes (some oven takes to 12 mins)
Cool on rack before storing
Enjoy!
